Unforeseen circumstances arise from time to time. It is our hope to be fair to all clients and our therapists. Please be aware of the following policies.
We require 24 hour advanced notice to cancel an appointment. Without this notice, a Late Cancel Fee up to 50% of the session will be due before the next appointment.
If a session is missed without notice, this will be considered a No Call / No Show. The cost of the entire session will be due before the next appointment.
